PHASE 3: Aggregate Memsen Central Data Streams from Phase 1 & 2 to supply enhanced marketing reports to Datavendor users (Advertisers) while offering our cost-per-message model for the ADVERTISER, the revenue from which is shared among the delivery agents.

The Patent-pending Memsen Wireless Information Platform is a system that enables the transaction of information generally in an “in-passing” situation.

This information can be of a personal nature, for example, an individual’s electronic business card. Or it can be an interesting collection of data such as 1) a favorite MPEG file 2) a movie 3) airline flight schedule or 4) a packet of sales information from a Memsen PTS-empowered “Home for Sale” sign.

An “in-passing” situation can be thought of as the moment in which two people exchange simple to complex information sets in a “non-computerized” environment. Increasingly we see individuals shopping or browsing in an internet-enabled manner. A major characteristic of today’s transactions is that we are forced to go to an indirect system to make them occur. We can “see” pictures of what it is we want, but we can’t touch or feel. The Memsen Platform aims to provide the user a mobile method to allow the individual user to exploit the power of the Internet and yet, at the same time, experience the touch and feel of a personal “in-passing” transaction. The “in-passing” concept of the Memsen Platform allows the individual to capture snippets of personal interest on a real-time basis and allows that information to be accessed and expanded or enhanced at a more appropriate or opportune time.
